Tell a good story and have fun. Both are the keys to having a great broadcast, and that's what I aim for every time I go on the air. Since 2018, I have served as the Voice of the Lancers at Longwood University, where I am also the Director of Athletic Communications.

During my time at Longwood, I have called close to 500 games on either the radio or ESPN+. In 2024-25, I had the pleasure of working with and integrating John Feinstein into Longwood's men's basketball broadcasts for every game at the Joan Perry Brock Center. I have also called a pair of NCAA National Tournament games as well as multiple Big South Championship games in both basketball and softball.

In my role, I have also written and produced more than 2,500 stories, with topics ranging from game previews to game recaps to feature pieces that highlight the unique stories of Longwood student-athletes, coaches, staff and teams.

Prior to Longwood, I worked as the Sports Information Director at Arizona Western College in Yuma for four years. I called a pair of NJCAA National Championship games for football as well as a host of playoff games for multiple sports.

The summer before I moved to Yuma, I worked as a broadcast/media relations assistant with the St. Paul Saints baseball club. One of the best parts of working in St. Paul was being a part of the community and getting out to meet people as a team representative.

My sports journey started with a trip to Syracuse University to get a Master's in Broadcasting and Digital Journalism. While there, I worked for the Syracuse Stampede, a Junior A hockey team (now Oswego Stampede in the NA3HL), as a play-by-play broadcaster. As a capstone course, I went to Durham, North Carolina to cover Duke athletics for The Devils Den.

Currently, I live in Farmville, Virginia with my wife and two daughters!
